Technical Delivery Manager

Job Description

  • Develop a project plan working with Technical Architect for the delivery of project through software lifecycle starting from requirement analysis, design, programming, testing, deployment till application support.
  • Align all business stakeholders and vendors to project plan
  • Agree scope and timelines with 3rd party suppliers and release POs are required.
  • Develop and maintain the project RAID throughout. Shall develop mitigation plan to address risk and issues arising in the project in agreement with various stake-holders
  • Manage project deliverables sticking to timelines and regular updates to all stake holders on the status.
  • Working with offshore counterparts where needed.
  • Manage Project delivery Lifecycle deliverables through all the defined Gates as per agreement with Portfolio Manager.
  • Engagement with various operational teams with help of deployment managers to get things live into production.
  • Participate in technical discussions to be able to steer the conversations and decisions.

Desired Experience

  • Experience in managing large transformation projects.
  • Experience in working for telecommunication service providers (especially in UK/ Europe) is a bonus.
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Preferably 8+ years of relevant IT experience
  • Exposure to Dev-Ops models and Agile methodologies
  • Experience working in multi vendor environment and managed large deliveries
